This years ministers retreat was held at the beautiful Hilton Waikoloa. It was pretty great! The featured speaker was Dr. Wade Goodall from Focus on the Family ministry and Northwestern AOG Univ.  

  At the recent men’s conference (at Arise church in Hilo)  there was awesome preachers of the word challenging men to the mark of the high calling in Christ. Additionally, there was a various challenges (food and pushup) and men were also offered free haircuts.

Every first and third Sunday of the month we also have services at Kahua ranch. Which is about half way to Kohala on the mountain road. The views are amazing and the services are pretty awesome.

Towards the end of summer we had several young men and two ladies get water baptized. We had a great beach bbq afterwards! Pictured here with Job Tavares our worship leader.
